(no subject)

   Yay!  We have an appointment to see the apartment that has the weekly rent!  We're going on Tuesday.  I'm excited partially b/c I'm sure there's no lease, but Jon brought up the point that there's probably not a security deposit either.  *crosses fingers*
   How often do we take God for granted?  I think more often that we realize.  I was sitting here earlier listening to all the birdsong and marvelling at it.  Also, the world is turning green up here and is positively beautiful.  Think about all the beautiful things surrounding us and the others around the world.  Jungles.  Oceans.  Mountians.  And God took time to make everything.  He could have made it all in a split-second, but instead he chose to take it a day at a time.  He has numbered the sand, the stars, the very hairs on our heads.  Even the tiniest bugs are detailed in ways that make scientists' heads spin.  It's amazing, the earth we live on.  And what does heaven look like?  Yet another beautiful place that we get to spend with Him for all eternity when we die (or He comes back).
   I really should be packing.  But I really don't want to.
