bluiis | Now I finally know why no one knows where I'm from.

So I just took this linguistic test. I'm 55% general American English, 20% Dixie, 15% Yankee, and 10% upper Midwestern. Everyone always acts surprised when I tell them I'm from down south, and I really have no idea how upper Midwestern sneaked into my accent (or speech), but now I know why no one thinks I have an accent. Oh, well, maybe it makes me more mysterious...

Zales called last night, and Jon had to go talk to Bernie (the manager) this morning at ten. We assumed it's an interview, and I hope it goes well. The nice thing is that he knows he won't have to work on Sundays. Bernie's desperate, and Jon's taking the place of a woman who had Sundays off (she was a Jehovah's Witness), so that'll be nice.

I really don't have much to say. Once again, Jill slept in, this time till 7:20. So that was nice. And my stomach hasn't been as nauseated as usual.

I really hope Jon gets this job!
