Everyone (including me and Jon) said how lucky we were to have Jill, what a good baby she was, how we had used up all our luck on the first child.
   Yup.
I think I've figured out Beth.  If she sleeps all day, she'll sleep okay at night.  If she's awake all day, contrary to normal people, she doesn't sleep well at night; instead, she sleeps all day the next day.
She was awake almost all yesterday.  In the morning, she had herself a good cry.  And yesterday evening, nothing I did could make her happy.  Not that she cried all evening, but she had to be held, and she's start crying for no reason.  I don't like pacifiers, but sometimes I wish she'd take one!
She didn't even want to nap with me.  It took me an hour to get Jill to take a nap (she had three spankings), and Beth kept wanting to eat.  But finally at one they both slept. :)  Then Jon called.  Not that I minded; I'd rather talk to him than sleep, but it would have been nice to have an uninterrupted nap. :/
The reason he called is cuz he just got a reimbursment check from Zales cuz of some meeting he went to, and he was going to buy me a glider with the money, and he wanted to know if I could wait for it.  He needs clothes for work desperately.  He has for some time, and he's flying down to Agusta next weekend for a meeting.  The CEO and Vice President will be there, and he wants to look really sharp.  I don't grudge him it; we have a rocker.  Not a good one, but it's still a rocker.
And in September, I'll probably be able to get some new clothes.  Won't that be nice!
Only, I have a problem I've never had before.  When I buy shirts, I'm going to have to be careful.  My bust is larger than normal, but it's going to be gone in a year (when I wean Beth), so I want shirts that fit now, but that don't sag on me then.  Hmm.  Hope I can find some.  Cuz all my shirts now (w/ the exception of three) are tight.
   Oh, well.
We have to get some new books or get to the library!  It's been a couple weeks since our last trip (actually, longer than that, I think) and I'm reading The Crystal Cave again.  Not that I mind, but I want to read a book I haven't before.  Actually, there's one we've got, but I've started the trilogy, so I can't just up and stop, now can I?
Really, I don't have much else to say, so y'all have a great weekend!
