Innocent?!!

  How the heck did Andrea Yates get off scott-free?  I mean, I know how, but how on earth did she get off killing five innocent children?
   Okay, so some moms get depressed after giving birth.  It's reasonaable w/ all those hormones floating around.  But murder?
   This makes me sick.
